The Bhutanese Leading the way.
Solution Art Bhutan (SAB) a consulting firm in collaboration with
World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL) conducted a
“Global One Day Executive Leadership Workshop” in Thimphu at Taj Tashi
on the 4 January 2013.
Senior management leaders from Druk Holdings and Investment (DHI), Bhutan Telecom, Bhutan Power Corporation (BPC), Druk Green Power Corporation (DGPC) and DHI Infra attended the workshop.
The participants were engaged in real work problem solving with a renounced management tool “Action Learning” which has been embraced by lot of companies
around the world viz. Microsoft, Boeing, Toyota, Samsung to name a few.
The resource personnel were Dr. Garry Luxmoore, CEO WAIL
Australia and Mr. Ron McLuckie, CEO WAIL India and Mr. Ashit Ranjan,
WIAL, India.
