As per the latest results from the Election Commission of Bhutan the winners are as follwos.
In Trongsa Tharchen (33) won by getting 1862 Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) votes and 221 Postal Ballot (PB) votes leading to a total of 2083 votes.
In Bumthang Nima (34) has won by securing 2264 votes of which EVM votes is 1936 and Postal Ballot votes is 328.
In Gasa incumbent Sangay Khandu won by securing 603 votes of which 565 is EVM and 38 is Postal ballot.
From Punakha the winner is Rinzin Dorji with 3,449 votes of which 2,955 is EVM and and 494 is PB.
From Trashiyangtse Tashi Phuntsho is the winner with 3,226 votes of which EVM is 2,717 and PB is 509
From Wangdue Phodrang Tashi Dorji wins with 5,848 votes of which EVM is 5,426 and PB is 422
In Chukha Pema Tenzin wins with 6,993 votes of which EVM is 6,567 and 426 is PB
In Haa incumbent Tshering Dorji wins by 1,866 votes of which EVM is 1630 and PB is 236
In Samdrup Jongkhar incumbent Jigme Wangchuk wins with 5,213 votes with 4,244 EVM and 969 PB
Tempa Dorji wins in Lhuentse with 3,161 votes of which EVM is 2,580 and PB is 581
Sonam Wangchuk wins Mongar with 4,821 votes of which 4,247 is EVM and 574 is PB
Sangay Khandu wins in Samtse with 9,907 votes of which 9,144 is EVM and 763 is PB
Pema Drakpa wins in Zhemgang
Kaka Tshering wins in Paro with 2,422 votes of which EVM is 2,190 and PB is 232
Dhan Bahadhur Monger wins from Sarpang
Not a single woman electee.
Which means HM has to nominate 5 women candidates to make the upper house somewhat gender balanced.
