Nanong to complete all development activities by next year
All the development works in the gewog will be completed by next year in the month of June.
Many constructions are underway in the gewog such as the construction of community service center (CSC) for a budget of Nu 1.1mn which will be completed by June next year. Some additional rooms for the gewog’s lhakhang is also under construction with a budget of Nu 900,000. The outreach clinic (ORC) in Raling chiwog is also under construction with a budget of Nu 850,000.
The lhakhang renovation in Ngangshing chiwog is also under process with an allocated budget of Nu 600,000.
About 10 kilometers of Rural Water Supply Scheme (RWSS) is also under construction in Tsatsimongthung with the budget of Nu 650,000.
Two roads are also under construction in Wangchhu chiwog and Ngangshing chiwog measuring 10 kilometers and the budget for use is Nu 2.5mn.

A ceremony to reward the present and inspire the future
Lingmithang Community Primary School observed its award giving ceremony for students of 2012 on 16 December.
There were 35 categories of award which were given to 35 students. Some of the categories are best student of the year, co-curricular activities, academic performances, subject-wise toppers etc.
The School observed the ceremony for the third time and this is being conducted to motivate the students to work hard.
The students are awarded certificates along with medals and it is being sponsored by the community, parents of the students, teachers, and shopkeeper and community officials.
Along with the award ceremony, academic results for 2012 were also declared in the evening.
The ceremony took place in the school grounds and the school has more than 200 students and 11 teaching staffs.
