New community Information centre in the gewog
A new community information centre (CIC) has been constructed in the gewog where the people awaited its construction from a long time ago. The budget allocated was Nu 1mn as per the contract given by the gewog’s administration.
The farm roads have all been completed in all the chiwogs with the budget of Nu 260,000.
There are two lhakhangs in the gewog which are still under maintenance in Jadhung chiwog and one in Doopchu gonpa with the budget of Nu 650,000.
The rural water supply scheme (RWSS) is also under construction in Sekhar chiwog where it is divided into two parts in Gampokto and Poktori with the budget allocated of Nu 400,000.
All other development activities are completed.

Bidoong busy with the distribution of pipes for irrigation channels
As of now, people of Bidoong are busy with the distribution of pipes for irrigation channels in the gewog.
Construction of irrigation channels are seen at two places Kakaneywog and Yayung, 1kilometers and 600 meters respectively.
The gewog targets to complete the developmental works before the month of May. Including the construction of these irrigation channels, the gewog is left with maintenance of farm road from Khairey to Gelong Gonpa and some maintenance work of RWSS for this financial year, while most of the developmental works has been completed.
In the 11th five year plan, the proposal mostly focused on agriculture, health, tourism and so on.

Development activities still in the process
The seven kilometer farm road in the Tongmizhangsa gewog is still under construction with the budget of Nu 4.5mn from the Dzongkhag’s annual budget.
A new wall in Panglaushi to Tokaphu chiwog is being constructed for safety from electricity with the budget of Nu 750,000.
The irrigation channel from Lungdharchhu to Baynangkhar which is five kilometers long is under maintenance with the budget of Nu 200,000.
The gewog’s outreach clinic (ORC) is also under maintenance with the budget allocated of Nu 360,000. And a new mule track (talam) has also been constructed in the gewog with the budget of Nu 140,000.

Development activities completed
A much pleased Chuzergang gewog gup said happily that the development activities in his gewog have been completed.
A new Irrigation channel in Tarpethang has been completed with the budget allocated of Nu 0.7mn.The irrigation channel is about 400 meters and it will benefit 400 households. Another farm road also been completed with the budget allocated of Nu 0.5mn. This farm road will benefit about 400 households.
Repairing of two kms of irrigation channel has also been completed with the budget allocated of Nu 300,000 which will benefit 200 households.
