His Majesty The King offered prayers at the Samtse Shivalaya Mandir on the morning of 20th December. A prayer ceremony was held at the Mandir leading up to the National Day Celebrations, for the successful conclusion of events, and for the well-being of the country and people.
His Majesty was accompanied by Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen and His Royal Highness The Gyalsey.
Yesterday, His Majesty granted tokha to the organizers, participants and volunteers involved with the National Day Celebrations, and thanked them for their contributions in making the Day a success.
