Meat van driver arrested with 7,019 capsules of SP+

Thimphu police apprehended a 21-year-old meat van driver on 1st February with 7019 capsules of SP+, a restricted prescription drug.

The suspect was driving from Phuentsholing to Thimphu when he was arrested.

Meanwhile Thimphu police have seized 11,239 capsules of SP+, 90 N 10 tablets, 296 grams of Hashish, 2.18 grams of puriya and 1 ml of Thinner. Police said that, as of now, they have forwarded 33 people to BNCA for TAP, including two women.
