The institute of management for job seekers

The Bright Life Institute of Management a well known training center in Thimphu is opening up new admissions for the job seekers who at first will have to undergo the training for commercial accounting at the national level.

The institute was established on 9 April in the year 2009 under the proprietorship of Mr. Mon Bdr. Monger where the institute joined hands with the Orion Edu Tech. Pvt. Limited on 1 January 2010. This institute Indian training institutes will provide call center and accounting training.

The Bright Life Institute joined the Orion Edu Tech. Pvt. Limited as a franchisee and operated for one and half year till mid 2011 in call center trainings with 100% job guarantees.

Mon Bdr. Mongar, the proprietor of the institute said, “Till now we have never heard in the last three years that the trainees who passed out from our institute are jobless. And moreover we have non-accredited courses which will help the job seekers and we also encourage the youth to take up and benefit from the courses they attend. Also, the above two courses are accredited with the Department of Occupational Standards and the curriculum in Bhutan and are endorsed by the Department of Human Resources(DHR) and the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources (MoLHR)”.

“There are two different courses which are categorized into two and they are the Diploma courses in practical accounting for a duration of 480 hours and the second one is the certificate in the hardware and networking for a duration of 280 hours,” he said.

However the institute is planning to upgrade its National Certificate training level to the next higher grade very soon as the institute has also been awarded the certificate in recognition of the outstanding customer service by the Chiphen Rigphel Project in 2011.

Till now there are a total of 300 trainees who passed out from this institute and every year 100 of them attend the institute.
