“Phuensum Dharim” is the first monthly paper lottery scheme for the domestic market that was launched on Thursday
Lyonchhen who graced the launch as the Chief Guest said that the lottery business is revived primarily to generate revenue and the revenue will be used for the social welfare.
Lyonchhen requests the general public to be mindful and to set limitation while buying the tickets.
The monthly paper is launched in Royal Bhutan Lottery Ltd (RBLL), headquartered in Phuentsholing. The draw will take place in RBLL office. The lottery will made available from today in the 8 regional sales agents who will be responsible for selling of lottery tickets in the country.
The RBLL plans to come up with Weekly Lottery and instant scratch card games in immediate future. And Business is expected to be expanded the outside Bhutan.
Honarable Minister, and Secretary and other regional heads attended the launch event.
