Breaking: Bench five of the Thimphu District Court has allowed DPT to withdraw its defamation case but has awarded Dasho Benji Nu 450,000 in damages. Court has also found DPT prima facie guilty of sedition and has directed the OAG to coordinate with investigative agencies for a thorough investigation after which it has to file a criminal chargesheet.
