New water supply in the gewog
A new water supply has been constructed in the gewog in Phuentshogang chiwog with the budget of Nu 597,000.
Almost 90%of developmental activities for this financial year are complete in the gewog and in the meantime the gewog is constructing a new suspension bridge in Balung chiwog with 70%of works completed. The budget allocated for the bridge is Nu 600,000.
Two and half kilometers of rural water supply scheme (RWSS) have been newly constructed in Balung chiwog under Lumpithang village. The works are funded by the Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB) and the budget allocated is Nu 300,000.
All the other developmental activities have been completed in the gewog

Development activities yet to be completed in the gewog
The gewog completed almost 80% of developmental activities in Lagyab gewog under Dagana Dzongkhag.
Two and half kilometers of a rural water supply scheme (RWSS) in Bailung chiwog under Lumpithang village was newly constructed with the budget allocated by the Royal Government of Bhutan (RGoB) with the budget allocated of Nu 300,000.
A new suspension bridge is also yet to be completed in the gewog under Balung chiwog with the budget of Nu 600,000 adding up all of the procurement and other works as stated by the gewog’s Gup.
A new water supply source has been recently constructed in Phuentshogang for the basic health centre (BHU) for the staffs with the budget allocated of Nu 597,000.
