His Majesty The King granted an Audience to the Indian Chief of the Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi, at the Throne Room of Tashichhodzong.
General Dwivedi was received in a ceremonial Chipdrel procession at the Tashichhodzong, and presented with a Guard of Honour.
General Dwivedi is on a 4-day official visit to Bhutan. The visit highlights the strong and enduring friendship between India and Bhutan.
