According to National center for Hydrology and Meteorology (NCHM), short spells of rainfall, thunderstorm and gusty wind is expected in isolated parts of Southern, Central and Eastern parts of the country till 15th May, 2019.
This is due to isolated convective clouds which has formed over South-West Bhutan on 12th May and has moved to Eastern Bhutan covering the entire country.
According to the latest weather update from NCHM, places like Phuentsholing, Samtse, Sarpang, Deothang in Samdrup Jongkhar and Pemagatshel are likely to be mostly cloudy with rainfall while other parts of the country is expected to be cloudy with possibility of rainfall.

On 12th May, due to isolated convective clouds formed over South-West Bhutan, the southern region particularly Pasakha received heavy rainfall and hailstorm and according to the information provided by Royal Bhutan Police (RBP), so far, about 35 private vehicles and taxis were damaged with hailstorm.
