The Bhutan Kuen-Nyam Party (BKP) announced that it now has 47 candidates to compete for the 2018 polls. The last two candidates were Dorji Tshering from Nubi-Tangsbi constituency and Karma Wangzom Dorji from Bartsam-Shongphu constituency.
Dorji Tshering has a Masters Degree in Educational Management and Planning from the University of London. He served as Director General in both Department of Culture and National Institute of Traditional Medicine.

The BKP is having a convention on 21st July 2018 at the Royal Institute of Managment (RIM), Simtokha from 9 am. The convention will also be broadcast live on the official you tube channel of BKP. President Dasho Neten Zangmo will present the views of Bhutan Kuen-Nyam Party.
The party President Dasho Neten Zangmo and Vice President Sonam Tobgay and other members have been travelling around the country opening local party offices and familiarizing the party and its leaders to the people.
