Construction of farm roads kept on hold

The construction of two 10-km long farm roads in Tongseng and Yakpugang is on hold due to shortage of budget of Nu 500,000 more. As of now three kilometers have been completed with the budget of Nu 110,000. The Gup said though they have put up a proposal to the dzongkhag in December the budget has not been approved till now.
