All development works completed
Four and half kilometers of farm road in Dekiling to Redkor are under maintenance with the budget of Nu 300,000 which will be completed by the end of this month.
Four kilometers of Rural Water Supply Scheme (RWSS) in Changkhar and Khardhung chiwog is under construction with the budget allocated from the central budget.
The irrigation channels in the gewog were all completed last year.
The community information center (CIC) is under construction with the budget of Nu 1.5mn which will be completed within two to three months.

Bidoong speeds up development activities of last financial year
For this financial year, the gewog has almost completed its development activities. As of now, the gewog is in a rush to finish the construction of a 10.5 km farm road.
The farm road connects Saling and Gyelong Gonpa. So far, four kilometers of the road has been completed.
The farm road will benefit the four places of Saling, Khairey, Dungkhar and Gyelong Gonpa which comprises 109 households.
The farm road is RGoB funded with a budget of Nu 2.6mn.
Four schemes of Rural Water Supply Scheme (RWSS) have been completed in Jalung, Tadzong, Tertong and Detsa. All three schemes underwent renovation works while Detsa involved new constructions.
A Nu 0.9mn worth of works on irrigation channels was also completed. The gewog has also completed the renovation of three Lhakhangs in Gyelong Gonpa.
Two toilets were constructed for the public at Lemphang as well with a budget of Nu 50,000.
However, Bidoong gewog’s Gup Dorji Wangchuk said the work will be completed by this financial year.
