Meeting to see whether road or lhakhang is more important

After the earthquake last year, Monggar gewog got a budget of about Nu 160,000 to renovate the Tshenphu Lhakhang  there. But, a  six-kilometer road towards the lhakhang was also damaged. Though there are people who said the money should also be used for the road, budget rules do not allow it.  Gup Dechen Yeshi told The Bhutanese that gewog tshogdu will be conducted to discuss the matter.
