Lyonpo Nandalal Rai attends Puran Puja

A five-day Puran puja, Moenlem Chenmo in Buddhist parlance, conducted for the wellbeing of the king, the people and the country by the Hindu community ended yesterday. The puja was attended by communications minister, Lyonpo Nandalal Rai. The puja was  inaugurated by Dzongdag Pemba Wangchuk in the presence of Dzongrab Kinley Gyeltshen, Lam Neten, officials and the public. Gup Kharka Bhadur Tamang said such a puja was being organized for the first time in Bhutan and the money for it was collected by the community
