Skeletal remains found

Babesa Community Police Centre (CPC) has recovered a dead body on December 6 at 20:30 hours after a complaint was lodged by Mangi-Ap of Dagala Gewog under Thimphu saying that one dead body was found in the forest at Dungna Sekha under Dagala gewog, Chamgang.
After reaching the scene with the related agent, police said that they found only the skeletal remains of the dead body in the forest at Dungna Sekha, towards Helila, which is two hours walk from the motor road at Chamgang.
Police said, “The presence of long hair and type of bone indicated the dead body of an adult female.”
On examination, police said that the skeletal remains were not intact but the bones were scattered in different places. From the scene, they have discovered one gold-plated earring, Sungkey threads with a silver coloured locket and one brass type bracelet.
Also they have found one blue faded jean (denim) pants with the waist size 29, a green coloured shirt with the wording “ECOKOUNLTD” and one black hooded shirt with the imprint of USA flag.
However, police could not establish the identity of the dead body and has requested the general public to help them in identifying the body with the help above mentioned descriptions. It is only then that the police can start with the investigation into the cause of the death.
