New BHU constructed at the wrong location.

The new grade-II Basic Health Unit (BHU) in Yangneer is 70% complete but according to sources, it is located in the wrong area. It is too far away from the catchment area and surrounded by the forests which makes it vulnerable to fire. Further, the gewog is facing serious water shortage. The BHU works will end latest by July.
