Construction of six mills

Three oil expeller and three flour mills which will benefit about 174 households will be constructed in the Gewog. The shed construction of these six mills will be constructed with the Constituency Development Grant (CDG) budget of almost 0.2 mn. However, one oil expeller and one flour mill will be constructed by Sustainable Land Management Project (SLMP).The Gewog is also abuzz with other activities which include farm roads, irrigation channel and Rural Water Supply Scheme (RWSS). About eight RWSS was delayed due to mismatch of raw materials. It is said that size of the pipe ordered was of different size.
