Gyalwang Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje arrived in Bhutan and will join the sacred gathering for Project 108 from 1–4 November in Gelephu Mindfulness City.
Gyalwang Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje is offering three of the 108 Jangchub Chortens through the Karma Leksheling Foundation and sponsors, in support of His Majesty’s vision for Gelephu Mindfulness City and Project 108.
Gyalwang Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje shared that this offering is made as an expression of profound gratitude to His Majesty The King for His Majesty’s unwavering dedication and selfless service to the nation, and for the historic vision of Gelephu Mindfulness City.
Gyalwang Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje’s offering to Project 108 includes the illumination of the entire complex of 108 chortens and lighting along the 12-kilometre circumambulation path.
